Earth-626 is a singular universe or dimensional realm that is connected to many others like or very unlike it. Those listed below are the E626 versions of their realities and generally require special means to approach.
The immediate list are the "connected/internal" 6-26 reality dimensions and realms.
Asgard
Asgard is home of the Norse "Gods" it is a small extra-dimensional planetary body. it is a flat asteroid like landmass floating in a "sea of space". There are four worlds that exist on Asgard itself; home of the Asgardians is Asgard itself which includes Valhalla, Vanaheim home of the Asgardian sister race; the Vanir, Nidavellir which is home to the Dwarves and Alfheim, land of the Light Elves.
Asgard is connected to close-knit yet differing dimensions that contain the remainder of the Nine Worlds. It's main annex to the other dimensions is the Bifrost, or the Rainbow Bridge a form of dimensional teleportation via Asgardian technology and "magic" that allows travel from one realm to the next. Svartalheim, home of the Dark Elves is another asteroid like landmass that can be reached through numerous nexuspoints between the mountains of Jotuneheim.
Hel is the realm where the non-heroic are sentenced, Niffelheim is a frozen land where the dishonored go and Musepelheim is the land of fire and ash where demons dwell and Midgard, of course, the home of Earth-626. All of these realms are connected to interdimensional portals that make it look as though they exist "underground" or beneath Asgard itself, yet they are all in the same /dimension/ as one another.

Limbo
Limbo is a unique dimension that exists outside of the time stream and possesses no actual time of it's own. Reality is compromised of a single ever changing moment in which everything that ever was, or could be, co-exists. Time passes differently in Limbo, it is only a production of imagination by those who pass through it. No one actually ages in Limbo or at least not the same as they would in their own respective dimensions.
Limbo itself is accessible from all points of the Universe of 626 if one knows how to get there and has measureless areas where great voids of nothingness break apart the desolate landscape creating broken up landmasses that host their own inhabitants and even self-proclaimed kings and queens, like Belasco, Immortus, Merryman of the Inferior Five and Illyana Rasputina the Darkchilde. These beings usually have a connection to their realms that boost their power immensely while in their domain. These separated "kingdoms" manifest their own unique "personalities" that have adverse affects on travelers, denizens and prisoners of Limbo who end up or exist within their boundaries. The most expansive /claimed/ territory of Limbo is the once realm of Belasco that Illyana now possesses thanks to the Soulsword; this massive portion of the dimension is usually called Otherplace or Demonic Limbo, it's generally avoided by the rest of Limbo's denizens who prefer to stay outside of it's boundaries in Temporal or True Limbo as they call it.
With Limbo being "outside" of time and space many things that are "lost in time" have a tendency to end up in Limbo, such as the Library of Limbo and the Archway of Limbo which reads, "Facilis Discenus Averno" or "The road to Hell is Easy" both of these existing on specific landmasses of Limbo.

The Astral Plane
The Astral plane exists outside of the physical realm of 626 and is a world of spirits and ectoplasm. It is still, however, touching or bordering /all places/ of the material world and capable of being reached by magic users, psychics and other similarly gifted beings. All life energies and consciousness of living beings in 626 are visible to those who know how to perceive such things while in the Astral Realm; hence why it is also called the Spirit World by some.
Perception of the Astral Plane depends highly on a persons own interpretation many see shiny silver roads with dark patches, endless space, vast landscapes of fog or something that can only be described as a bad acid trip, portions of the Astral Plane are ever shifting and even being molded by dreamers who harmlessly (most times) traverse the Astral Plane's lower levels. Telepaths and psychics are routine travelers of the Astral Plane as are many magic users and entities, these beings are usually extremely powerful in this plane of existence and can manipulate 'reality' around them and even shape weaponry from their bodies.

The Shadowlands / Darkforce Dimension
A pocket dimension of continual darkness the Shadowlands or Darkforce Dimension is supposedly created of the substance dispelled during the creation of the Universe 626. It is a mysterious perpetual realm of shadow that is reputed to have a corruptive influence that can be tallied to long term exposure. The source of this pervasive force is said to be a creature called the Predator by Darkforce users but this may only be simple speculation.

Olympus
Tens of thousands of years ago the Children of Kronus were elevated to Godhood by an anomaly from beyond our world, our very solar system.
These then fledgling Gods of Earth would eventually become known as the Greek Gods of Olympus.
The passing years would further establish the power of the Olympians as their worshipers grew in number and their influence spread.
Several hundred years before the Roman Empire was established the Olympians fell under the scheming mechanisms of an outsider. This man known only as Uxas manipulated the Gods against one another and in doing so managed to cause a schism within the Pantheon itself.
The Olympians were torn. Literally. Their portfolios were halved between those of Old and those of New. Thus the Roman Gods were born.
This moment of weakness was seized by Uxas and he laid an attack upon the Olympians while they were dealing with their own tragedy.
Recognition of their folly came too late and the outworlder's forces were upon them. Mount Olympus was almost destroyed and Olympus itself lie in ruins.
A last minute pact was formed between GreeK and Roman and they managed to repel the invaders with their combined might.
When the dust settled many of the Gods merged once again, others did not, the Elder Pantheon under agreement of the pact gave over Olympus to the New Gods of the Romans and ascended to a realm beyond.
Mount Olympus was now protected by the combined might of the Greek and Roman Pantheon and it's regents would be the Younger Gods. Olympus itself now had new rulers.
Old Olympus is a pocket dimension located on Earth where the Olympian Gods (once Greek now primarily Roman) dwell. Olympus itself is accessible from Mount Olympus in Greece. There lies another portal that links Asgard to this dimension as well. Through means of other portals and gateways New Olympus can be accessed (where the Greek Gods have 'retired'). The primary mode of transportation through all the Olympian realms is the River Styx which connects to the House of Hades, a realm divided between Elysium and Tartarus.

Faerie
The Twilight Realm refers to several 'connected' dimensions that exist within the same sphere. Otherworld (Avalon/Tir Na Nog, Starlight Citadel, Fomor, etc) and Gemworld are two such realms that exist in this amalgam of cross-connected lands. The Asgardian realm of Álfheimr is also said to overlap in to the realm of Fae in certain areas where barriers between planes are weakest.

Other Dimensions
Countless other associated dimensions exist as well such as the Negative Zone, Shadow Zone, the Microverse, and uncountable other planes, pocket dimensions and realms, including Hell and it's many levels (- Consider Dante's Inferno as an example and each layer has their respective leader such as Mephisto, Azazel, Samael [DC comic's Lucifer], Malebolgia, etc. These rulers of 'Hell' constantly battle over the title of Satan, a title that actually has changed hands multiple times throughout history), layers and connection domains.

Alternate Earths
- Earth-03 (603) the Cancerverse
A world where greed, corruption, conquest, ambition and evil was rewarded. A planet that praised death and destruction. Ironically that which was worshiped was brought upon this reality now dubbed the Cancerverse. The inhabitants of Cancerearth now battle an ever ongoing war against the spread of corruption unleashed upon them through the Fault.
— The spread of Undying and Death corruption is only started. There are still decent and righteous individuals that are usually villains elsewhere, such as Lex Luthor.

- Earth-58 (658) Hypertime Earth
Hypertime Earth or E(6)58 is a world very similar to E(6)26 yet differs greatly in geography, history and origin (for instance Metropolis is actually a burrough of New York city). Many of the same heroes and villains that walk E-58 walk our own reality Earth. The barrier between E-658 and E-626 has been breached several times in small scale instances.

- Earth-70 (670) The Grimmverse or Zenosphere
This Earth of this reality is very similar to our own, it lacks superheroes, metahumans, mutants, high technology and aliens but makes up for it with supernatural and magical denizens that are connected to or come from the adjacent realms of Wonderland, Oz, Neverland and Myst. These powerful individuals are often called Highborn and are rather interchangeable with Homo-Magi of E626. It is said this realms close proximity to ours has influenced some of our own fairy tales, truth in this is speculation at best but you never know.

- earth-81 (681)
An alternate Earth parallel to Earth-26 (626) where the Godwave did not affect the world and a material called Red Matter exists that changed the playing field. Psi-Tech battles Magical Forces for domination of existence. This world has already spilled over in to E-626 on several occasions in the past and is considered like Apokolips a direct dimensional threat.

- Earth-1999 (1999) Earth Imaginarium
A universe like E626 in the fact it is fractured multiverses yet reality is even more fragmented and twisted through the spiral that exists. Much of what many other realities believe is television, stories, video games and fiction of all venues has come to life in this dimensional Earth of the future. Perhaps there is a psychic link to this realm that others pull on for inspiration of stories or perhaps this reality is one OF story created by the imaginational collected forces of alter-realities? It is hard to say what truly inspires this Earth of 1999.

Time Travel
Time Travel in CoMuX: The 6th Age is fashioned after DC Comics take on Time Travel.
There is a primary timestream (E-626's) with many branching tributaries that generally twist off, twine around and eventually merge back in to the primary of E-626.
There are junctions that appear in places where alternate timelines have been created (but these are spaced out and irregular). These are usually created by major events that have formed a rip, tear or break resulting in a deviant path.
Minor changes throughout the timeline create smaller divergent paths that eventually are swallowed back in to the primary (minor changes can be just about anything from wearing differing colors to dating someone else or being in a separate place at the 'not-destined' time) That is the before mentioned tributaries.
Time Travel is not a simple practice. Generally a single time-travel method can only be used by an individual once in their entire lifetime.
This is a physiological problem not a physics issue.
Continual use of the same method could rend a person (or object) to pieces, the stress, tearing and pain would be unbearable and most likely fatal (especially to the organic based).
Beings of abnormal superhuman physical characteristics have been known to travel multiple times by the same method, but even then, this is a taxing as it begins to wear on them at an atomic level. No matter how invulnerable a being is eventually this will cause them serious issues that can be life threatening or worse, erasing them from the timestream itself.
(What this means is characters who time travel are not able to do so continuously in the same manner).
The timeline itself can be altered at just about any point but not every moment in time itself is malleable, there are, fixed events in time that due to existing in multiple timelines become rather inflexible and cannot be changed (the E-626 timeline is more or less FIXED unless staff consents to drastic change). Occurrences inside of a specific event might be changed, like the outcome but the instance itself is generally unalterable and cannot be undone. As they have become solid and fixed, inflexible.
Like-wise any changes that transpire in the timeline itself reverberate forward and backward along the stream itself causing a series of events that become permanent, if it alters too much it could cause a break or tear that will create another alternate timestream. The Time Travelers who instigate these alterations are actually immune as they proceed along the new alternate timeline (unless altered too much and then they are lost to a completely alternate timestream that is not the E-626 primary any longer).
All time-travel requires Staff approval and detail. Fixed points in time are not able to be altered without Staff participation. Any character capable of Time Travel is a restricted character and must abide by very specific rules.
Time Scanners and Time Beacons are very much a needed and mapped out thing for Future Characters to navigate through the streams. The current Time Master of this reality/timestream is Booster Gold (whether he is aware of this or not and this title itself comes with it's own responsibilities).
