Fade In…

*

New York City. Sunday. About 4:00-ish.

As wild as the city is in the morning, it's still hitting it's stride even towards the late afternoon! Cars still fill the streets from end to end, horns are honked, yelling is most -definitely- yelled because it's New York for cryin' out loud. That said, a person a tad…newer to the scene figuratively speaking is walking the streets. King Blackagar Boltagon.

His black hair is made a bit stylishly, cascading down to about his shoulders with his facial hair neatly trimmed. Ocean blue eyes scan around him…in terms of attire, he wears a black hooded tailcoat that comes down to just below his knees with the Royal emblem on the chest (Black Bolt logo), black pants, combat boots, and fingerless gloves. He looks around as he has what people call a 'hot dog' that he seems to have just finished. Wiping his hands with a napkin. Alas, he speaks no words, no sound. Simply looking around…though perhaps powerful telepaths could tell that he -was- a telepath, and not -exactly- mute.

*

Celeste is the queen of a very different sort of world. With her dark blue blazer, pleated knee length skirt, perfectly coifed hair and wide blue eyes everything about her appearance has been designed to attract attention. the way she walks and holds herself is designed to command respect. Right now she is walking purposefully down the street with a slight swagger to her step she learned from her younger, bolder sisters. She flashes a man who is staring inobtrusively at her a bright smile to shame him into stopping and takes a deep breath as she rounds a corner.

Right now, Celeste Cuckoo is carrying a small attache case and a bag with a sandwich in it from a small cafe situated on the corner here. Nothing is going to get in the way of her day… Except a powerful telepathic presence. She pauses for a second and resists the urge to shoot Blackagar a look as she is passing him. Celeste has been trained thoroughly to control her psionic powers so it's hard to be sure if he'll sense the same in her. But one way or another the seemingly mute King of the Inhumans has clearly attracted some notice.

*

Blackagar -definitely- noticed Celeste. She was quite literally the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. Though he is not so foolish as to immediately stop in his tracks and gawk, for that would only increase ego. Nay, he keeps moving forward with a more curious step…but there's clearly an innocence about him, before he notices that..POWERFUL telepathy.

and it was coming from Celeste.

He pauses for just a moment before he turns to look at her then. The two almost-twenty telepathic individuals look at each other in silence. Alas, eventually, she will hear the most beautiful voice, his natural one, smooth as an ocean, ring softly in her head. It's soft…not at all like someone demanding to be let in like many telepathic individuals would.

"…we are similar, in a sense, arn't we?" he flashes a warm and kind smile for her.

*

Celeste freezes in midstep, the toe of her shoe just barely touching the ground. she returns the smile from Blackagar shyly for a second. The blonde tosses her head, briefly shifting her blodne tresses away from her face and then offers a slow nod.

"I suppose we are," the girl replies in her soft, mellow mezzo soprano voice. She isn't the sort to raise her voice either though hers is a more practiced inflection. "I haven't seen you before. I would have sensed you- you're broadcasting," Celeste continues gently.

"New to New York?"

*

Blackagar then turns his body then more to face her. Yes…he notices that she is a -VERY- beautiful woman now, but he keeps those thoughts to himself, buuut with enough digging, Celeste could probably figure that out for himself. But alas, Blackagar was also an extremely beautiful man. In the masculine sense of the- nevermind.

ANYWAY.

He hears her words in his thoughts and seems to smile once more when she does to him, and he approaches with a soft step, but maintains an appropriate distance from her. Like that of someone meeting someone new.

"In a manner of speaking, I am." his voice continues it's beautiful sound in her mind's eye, not a single hint of hostility. an innocent soul. "Apologies, I did not realize I was….I am far from home, and I normally must rely on the language of signs to communicate." he reveals then, but he tilts his head to her. "Though I am thankful to meet another who can perform the same aspect as I. May I ask your name?" he asks kindly. Very respectful.

*

"…Ah." Celeste spends a second studying Blackagar from head to toe and then she smiles again, a bit more brightly. Affter a moment the young woman turns and begins to walk again. Her voice continues to sound clearly in Blackagar's mind, however. "You were broadcasting, yes. I let you know I was here so we could talk… But we need to get that sealed up, Not everyone is as pleasant about it as I am."

The statmeent is made gently but there''s a hint of reproach there. Celeste gives Blackagar a second to think on what she said. "My name is Celeste," she adds after a moment.

"And you are Blackagar." A bit of telepathic bleed is normal when communicating like this. "…Welcome. What brings you to the city? Perhaps I can be of some assistance…?"

*

Blackagar seems to rub the back of his head slightly as she speaks that he was broadcasting, but his smile remained as she admitted that -they- needed to seal it up. Either way, the Inhuman King follows Celeste as she spun on her heel and walked off. He keeps to her side, but not to such a point as to be uncomfortable for the both of them. "I see…I will have to stop that then. But it is a pleasure to meet you Celeste. A beautiful name." he simply observes, not meant to be flirtatious but she can interpret it however she likes.

"I see I…how do you say, 'bleed' information in conversation as well…" a mental chuckle then. "I thank you for the welcome. I…do not know, specifically. I was brought here by circumstances most strange. Treachery in the family never ends well. Alas, I seek to know more about humanity. Thus do I remain here. Though, I would like any assistance you could give to me." He gives her the warmest smile.

*

"I might be poking around more than I should be," Celeste offers with a faaint smile. "How strong is your gift? Could you find me a block away??" Celeste continuess to walk, apparentllly intending to move ahead. It doesn't weaken their ability to converse, it appears. "Treachery in your family?" Celeste asks a bit sharply. "…Humanity? Just where are you from…?" This question causes Celeste to stop short and she looks baack at Blackagar, eyes widening slightly. No further words, however. She takes a deep breath and ends with, "I'll help you," she promises. "At least to hide."

*

Blackagar chuckles faintly, though he notices Celeste trying to keep a step on him. If only she knew how fast Blackagr -really- was, she wouldn't stand a chance. Alas, this isn't about speed competitions, Blackagar mildly thinks. "Strong. I haven't tested it's limits in distance." he smiles warmly to her. Either way, when she mentions the treachery in his family and when he speaks of humanity, he pauses in his step directly next to her, turning his head to look at her. "I am from a city known as Attilan. On this earth's moon." he says then to her.

"I am an Inhuman. King, of the Inhumans." he states easily enough before she promises to help him, the warmest smile brought back to his face as those beautiful blue eyes lock on with Celeste's.

"Many thanks, Celeste. I will repay you in your time of need."

*

"Those times come entirely too often," Celeste replies, shaking her head as she does so. "Come then, Blackagar, King of the moon," she continues in a voice which suggests she's at least somewhat skeptical. "Let's test the breadth of your power… And then set some limits." She continues to walk. It isn't a race, no. It's a test. Celeste rounds the corner ahead of them.

*

Blackagar noticed the skepticism in Celeste's voice. Thankfully, he could show her his memories if he so chose to. But he won't unless or until she asks for proof of who he is. Alas, he tilts his head then as she admits that they should test the limits of his mental might. So he pauses then. "Very well. I will remain right here." he says then before she rounds the corner so that she knows where to find him if she goes out of range. A breath then as he remains silent.

"So then, what brings you out and about?" just so they have something to discuss.

*

"I was on my way home from school," Celeste admits then. "I didn't have any plans i9n particular so this was a good time for the two of us to meet, actually." Celleste is still continuing further away. Given they are in telepathic contact she likely knows precisely where Blackagar is. Certainly, she isn't having trouble speaking yet. "I'm afraid I was born in New York City. Nowhere as exotic as the moon. But it's nice to be home. …You said treachery brought you here. Are you safe?" The concen in the woman's voice is almost palpable. Then she adds more authoritatively, "Do you think you can shut me out? … Have you received training?" A beat. "I could probably find aanswers but talking is more pleasant…"

*

Blackagar ahhhs a moment mentally. "I see. always good to see others involved in their studies." he comments somewhat idly. Though he appears happy judging by his tone nonetheless. "To me, you are the most exotic person I have met. In my point of you, I am not from somewhere as beautiful as earth." he says encouragingly to her, finding her extremely interesting. Either way, he speaks then. "Yes…to my knowledge, I am. My brother would dare not come to an alternate reality only because of his hatred of his elder brother." he says then, but she might feel a tint of sadness that bleeds from Blackagar, but it fades as quickly as it arrived.

"I believe I can. Though I would rather not test it. As it stands, you are my trusted companion. After all, not many would go out of their way to help a stranger as you ahve done, Celeste. For that, I am in your debt."

*

"If you shut me out couldn't you always just let me back in?" Celeste asks lightly, sonding completely concerned with the question. She comes back around the corner, walking with careful steps. "Your brother. Is there a coup?" The man did say he was a King after alll, so it would only stand to reason. "I'm not sure what you mean by an alternate reality. the moon is not far. Or did you traverse dimensions as well? At this point I would… Love to hear the rest of your story." Celeste's response to being called 'exotic' would roughly come across as a htought which says, 'You haven't seen exoic yet.'

"Anyway," Celeste continues. "Helping you isn't much trouble for me. Telepaths with rogue talents are dangerous for everyone concerned…" She seems to be happy as well, for whatever it is worth.

*

Blackagar nods a few times then with a smile. "Of course. However, I see no reason to block you out." he smiles to her warmly, and when she returns to approach him, he smiles to her, offering her his hand as if to walk side by side with her like a gentleman. Either way, she asks him abou his brother, and he nods. "Yes…jealous for the throne, he allied with the superpowers cosmic. While I was able to repel them, I did not suspect my brother's treachery. The end result was the death of my parents, which led to me being king." a sigh then. "But I gave authority to the Council, who would rule until I believed myself ready with the task of exploring the world known as earth to know who our neighbors are. Alas, Maximus is a cunning trickster. He blasted me with some kind of weapon when I had my guard down. Thus did I awaken in this concrete city a some time ago." he states then.

"Yet in my short time here, I have made many friends. Including the grup known as the Titans, of which I am a member." he smiles to her warmly then. Though he does blush when he catches that thought she has about exotic. Alas, he smiles to her. "I will tell you all in detail, if you wish."

*

It''s easy enough for Celesste to contrl her outward disbelief but there's still a polite sense of uncertainty about Blackagar's words as the man lays out the plot in detail. However, she nods, blonde tresses bouncing lightly when she does. "Very well," she agrees. 'Let's get a coffee and you can tell me all about it." After a moment she adds, "… Focus on shutting out everyone arond you. It might help. It's considered very… Strange on Earth, to be so open with people around you? I'm worried about you." That much is true, even if Celesste isn't quite sure she buys Blackagar's story as a whole."

*

Black Bolt seems to smile big and warm as Celeste shows her sympathy and how worried she was for his person. Truthfully, it was heartwarming, and the young king already found himself romantically attracted. Nonetheless, he offers the woman his arm, for he believes that is what is gentlemanly. "Very well. I will attempt to try this substance such as coffee. I hear it is quite invigorating." then he listens to her words and heeds them, nodding a moment as he takes a deep breath. If Celeste is paying attention, she will notice that his influence and broadcasting has -severely- dropped. Inside voice.

*

Blackagar adds. "I apologize if I am too open. But your concern for me warms my spirit. Thank you. I will tr not to be such a cause of your concern."

*

"I'd almost think you were trying to trick me," Celeste responds with a hint of amusement entering her voice. she'd probaably laugh if she spoke aloud. The young woman eyes the arm she is offered, then gives a slow nod and accepts it. A deep breath follows "The cafe is just to our left, really." She turns slightly, adjusting her bag to the same hand as the attache. "Coffee is an acquired taste but it's actuallly lovely when you're used to it. We'll get you something with plenty of sugar, just in case." So saying, Celeste tilts her head towad the building in question and allows for Black Bolt to lead the way.

*

Black Bolt tilts his head at Celeste then with a small smile. "Why would I try to trick you? I have no reason to do so." but she accepts his arm and he walks with her arm in arm. Some may think they were on a romantic outing, but alas, it is one of newly acquainted, yet perhaps mutually interested strangers. Both of them were rather interesting people after all! Alas, he nods then. "ah, I see. I hear it is…difficult to attune to at first." he enters the coffee shop with her and lets her pick out a spot where she would be most comfortable. "would you like to pick a spot for us to sit and make conversation?"

*

"It's bitter usually. A bit of cream and sugar helps," Celeste explaains good-naturedly. "I will order for us both and you can tell me for yourself." She leads Blackagar to a corner table near a window and then starts toward the counter with a slightly swaying gait. The swagger form earlier is basically gone. It's more learned than natural. She isn't her sisters, after all.

Celeste flashes the young man behind the counter a smile. "Back so soon?" He asks. "I thought you were on your way home."

"I ran into a friend," Celeste replies, grinning slightly. "I'd like two shots of esprossso, first of all." Soon enough she iss sstepping off ot the side of the counter to wait for their drinks to arrive. It won't be long.

*

Blackagar is led inside of the cafe and he sits at the corner table, and as he sits, he is sat facing her. Ohhh yes, while it may not be intentional, he is -definitely- checking out Celeste. and she can probably notice even if she's not looking. Likely has that affect on people. Either way! He remains silent and if the young man looks at him, he offers a light wave. Still not even a single sound. Celeste may get suspicious if she notices that….he hasn't made a -single- vocal noise. Is he mute?

He waits patiently for Celeste to return, looking her in the eyes as she saunters back over to him. A bow of his head in gratitude.

*

"Give it a second to cool," Celeste instructs gently before taking a seat across from Blackagar. She maay have noticed him checking her out but the girl's gaze is much more circumspect, even polite. At least there's no indication she's upset by it. Celeste takes up her own cp and inhales deeply through her nosse, enjoying the scent of her dirnk before finally taking a sip. "I didn't expect to run into royalty today," she teases. "So. Tell me your story?"

*

Blackagar looks at his tea then, letting it simmer and cool as was instructed before he sips the cup lightly to get a taste. However, his expression is comical. He tastes for a moment, before he makes a small frown and shakes his head. "You are right. it will take getting used to." he says as he takes another sip of the coffee. Either way, he smiles warmly to Celeste as she speaks to him. "Nor was I expecting to meet a lovely woman with a beautiful heart. Today has been full of surprises….but yes, I will tell you my tale as I had promised."

I was born on Attilan to two of the cities leading scientists. Agon, my father, and Rhynda, my mother. However, when I was still in the womb, I was exposed to the Terrigen Mists, the substance that makes Inhumans evolve into their true appearances. But…my 'power' has been a great blessing, yet a terrible curse." he begins then.

*

Celeste smiles at Blackagar's reaction to the coffee and then clears her throat before falling mentally and verbally silent to listen to the story. At the first pause Celeste chimes in suddenly with "Your voice?" Then she flushes faintly and lowers her gaze for a second. "Forgive me for the interruption. Please continue?"

*

Blackagar smiles warmly to Celeste as she interrupts only briefly to guess at his voice. A solemn nod is given. "Yes. I was born with the ability to manipulate electrons…one of the base components of all things. However…activity in my brain is extremely enhanced…thus, my voice is a powerful weapon." he turns serious then. "If I were to even whisper, even sections of cities such as this would fall." he states then. "That is why I must never utter a sound. Thus have I been trained." a silence then as he continues. "I had a younger brother..his name was Maximus. We grew up peacefully with our mutual friends: Gorgon, Karnak, Medusa, Crystal, and a faithful dog, Lockjaw." he's silent then as he remembers his friends, a shake of his head.

"I was the oldest, thus was I to be selected for the throne once I came of age or once my parents were deemed unable to continue in the position. But my brother, Maximus grew jealous…he made arrangements with an alien race known as the Kree. A warlike species and a cosmic superpower. They came and waged war on Attilan…and it was the only true time I used the power of my voice. I destroyed their mothership, a dreadnaught, with a shout." he starts to let the memories leak out so she knows exactly what he was dealing with. Ho. Lee. Shit.

"However….as the ship came down, it smashed into the council chambers. 13 Councilmen, including my parents, were murdered. I then discovered that my brother had betrayed us…and banished him."

*

"This sounds - dangerous. Even being here?" Celeste purses her lips slightly, brows furrowing delicately as she studies Blackagar's features intently. Her mental voice conveys the concern, of course. "are you sure that you are safe here? You're so open to- people. You even had your psychic defenses down. A lot of people would want to take advantage… " She shakes her head slowly. "It's quite a story."

Inwardly, Celeste is screaming but she clamps down on her panic and shoves it away. Her sisters' minds commune with hers as they discuss the development largely away from prying eyes. It helps her keep her composure, which is first and foremost among the Cuckoos.

*

Blackagar nods softly then to Celeste, continuing to speak with her telepathically. <I fear I am safe nowhere…however, I would like to go home at some point to nd against my traitorous brother.> He sighs a moment, before she suggests that he's far too open. <hmm…perhaps I am too open with myself.> he shakes his head softly, before he offers her a small smile. <Though I am pleased I have met you. You, who are also telepathic. It feels good to speak with someone who speaks with me in such a similar manner.>

He does barely notice that he might not be the only voice in Celeste's head, but he doesn't make any mention of it.

<I would like to thank you again for helping me. Truly, you are kind. If I may help you in the future, please, do not hesitate to ask.>

*

<I don't know how you would offer me help,> Celeste replies quietly. <But thank you for the offer. If I think of something I'll make sure to aks. thank you. You've been kind as well.> She flashes Blackagar a quiet smile then and tilts her head slightly to the left. <In the mean time, I just would warn you that if you have so mny enemies you should keep your psionic defenses strong. You can't be that open here.>

*

Black Bolt shrugs a single moment, though he does return her smile with a brilliant one of his own. He has one of those winning smiles. <I understand. Simply know that my hand is there to pull you up if you ever need it.> a small bow of his head then. <Now…I have told you my story, but I know very little of yours. Would you like to speak to me of it?> He asks politely then.

<You do not have to, I simply wish to know more about you.> She had intrigued, and likely charmed, him to a peak. She was quite the young woman.

*

<I suppose I might,> Celeste reflects. She folds her hands politely in front of herself while she considers, turning on a heel to survey her surroundings as she does. <Well,> Celest begins. <I have four sisters and each of us is both identical in every physical respect and a superlative telepath. Individually, we are stronger than most telepathic talents but together we might actually be the most powerful psionic entity on the planet.> This is stated without any real ego or preamble.

<We grew up near New York City and were lucky enough to meet another telepath, Charles Xavier, who took us in and attempted to train us in telepathic prowess.> Celeste starts to walk again now, fixatded on something in the distance. <Right now I'm attending a regular college. Trying out being away from them. It's - hard. Each of us is doing something entirely different. Esme somehow got a job working for a senator- I don't want to ask. And Sophie…> She sighs softly and shakes her head.

<Mindee is a clothes designer,> Celeste finishes soberly. <The story is still to be written, I guess.>

*

Blackagar clasps his hands together in front of him as he listens to Celeste speak, his eyes never leaving her own as she speaks. He does nod a few times as she speaks, the name of Charles Xavier comes up and while he tilts his head as if he didn't know who he was, he does smile when she admits that when she is combined with ehr sisters, they may be the strongest telepath alive.

<Very curious. All of you look exactly the same and have the same measure of telepathic might? Unique and Interesting.> He smiles softly then before she continues on. <That would explain why you are presently alone, not that I am against this, mind you, for I greatly enjoy your company. So then…do you attend educational studies here in New York?> he asks curiously then.

Only, he looks slightly saddened as she appears to be unhappy about what Sophie is doing. <What has happened to Sophie? Yo udon't have to answer but….you appear saddened.>

*

<Sophie takes a lot of risks. She wants to be a hero,> Celeste replies fairly shortly. <I worry about her a lot.> With this explained so far as Celeste seems intnet on doing the young woman stops in midstep and akes a deep breath.

<Yes, I attend studies here in New York City,> Celeste affirms with a quick nod of her head. <I wanted an education. The others wanted to be more… hands-on.> She rolls her shoulders lightly then. <I think my sisters would like you. But they'd be - wary, honestly. You're different. Esme would probably have told me to just keep walking. So… I'm glad I was alone too.>

*

Black Bolt 'aahhh's softly without making any sound, but he looks to be understanding. <I see. It's understandable…I see many out and about that look to the well being of those around them. While I now also worry for your sister due to the concern I now see in you, I'm certain she will be safe.> He smiles warmly to Celeste, in fact, he actually reaches for one of her hands as if to hold it lightly in comfort. But it could be taken as flirtation.

Either way, as she speaks about what she wants, and that her sisters would have liked him too, he smiles softly. <I thank you for your words. I would hope that they would. If they are all like you, I think we will all get along beautifully.>

Then she says she was glad to be alone too, and he smiles softly.

<As am I.>

*

<We're all pretty different,> Celeste admits then. She is about to say more when Blackagar catches her hand from behind. She starts and turns back to face the man, eyes widening slightly. <But we have some similarities. We all care about one another very much. And they all seem to want me to get out and make friends." Another smile follows, as if to say that Blackagar has definitely made that distinction.

<So. You said you weren't heading anywhere in particular, I think, but surely we should find somewhere?>

*

Blackagar nods softly to Celeste, though he seems to be pleased that she stopped and hasn't exactly ripped her hand away from him yet. He doesn't let go, instead moving until he's right at Celeste's side. <I am happy to hear this…for if one cannot find such things among their siblings, it is a sad fate indeed…believe me.> he sighs softly, though he does smile as she seems to show interest in going somewhere with him.

<I would love to.> and with that, Black Bolt smiles to Celeste, starting to walk with her with that big smile on his face.

Okay…maaayyybe Blackagar is crushing? Or maybe he's not. He's difficult to understand.

*

<…But where?> Celeste asks sheepishly. Then she starts to laugh. it's just a giggle first, then it's a sweet, musical sound. She begins to shake with it, reeasing some degree of ension Blackagar probably didn't even know she had. It lasts for several long seconds and somewhere in the midst of recovering Celeste asks him, <Did you have an idea of what you would like to see?>

*

Blackagar chuckles Silently a little bit to Celeste, but she may be able to hear his voice in her head simulating a laugh. He smiles as he hears her actually…-show- that strong emotion of joy as they walk side by side, hand in hand. <You have a nice laugh. I enjoy it.> he compliments her softly, before he looks to be in thought.

<Would you show me this Statue of Liberty? I have not yet seen it in person, but people speak of it a great many times.>

*

<I think it's too late to get a tour but if we go out to the harbor we can get a good look at it. You've never seen pictures or… Anything?> Celeste's tone is earnestly curious as she, Blackagar's hand in tow, leads the way down the street in a firm stroll. <If you don't have a car we'll have to take a bus. Which… Probably better in the city anyway, really.>

*

Blackagar is easily led by Celeste as she leads him in her stride. <I have seen the picture a few times, though I have never truly seen it in person.> he smiles kindly, though he does eventually shake his head. <I do not own a car. As it stands, I am unfamiliar with the currency of the world. After all, technically I'm from earth's moon.> he shrugs softly, but he nods at the idea of taking the bus. <Certainly. Lead the way, Celeste. For you know the city far better than I possibly ever will.> he gives her hand a faint squeeze.

*

The city bus stop isn't far. It smells faintly of alcohol and weed from some person at the back fo the bus who has since departed. They left their 'Iro n Barrel Reserve' 20 ounce can sitting on the seat half in ap aper bag, however. Celeste smiles politely at the drier and pays the $5 for both of them to board before leading Blackagar toward a seat in the middle. <It's not the best but it's here and it iwll get where we want to be. I think you'll like it. It's- huge. There's a real sense of history to it. The statue is actually made of cooper, but it's oxidized over the years, so it turned green…>

Celeste stops herself and then laughs. <Anyway, I'll make sure to take you on a tour as well sometime.>

*

Blackagar smiles softly then, though seems greatly appreciative that Celeste was kind enough to pay the fee! He keeps by her side as she leads Blackagar towards their seats. Sitting down next to Celeste, he smiles warmly to her as she speaks and tell him about this bus and about the initial history of the Statue of Liberty. Though then she stops talking, and he squeezes her hand with amusement in his eyes.

<It is alright…you were doing well. Don't stop there if you wish, you can tell me more.>

*

So Celeste does. She tells Blackagar all about Gustave Eiffel and Frederic Bartholdi. How the statue was a gift from France as a whole to the United States in 1886. She describes the meaning of it to immigrants and the history behind the torch renovations. Celeste talks so much about the statue, with coaxing, that they reach their destination and she is still discussing the subject as they disembark. "…And that's really all I know about it, unfortunately," the girl adds as they disembark at the bus station.

*

Blackagar smiles as he listens to everything Celeste has to say. he seems to be very much so enjoying himself all the way until they eventually reach the harbor destination, and while he doesn't seem to be happy with that part (he was enjoying listening to her!) His eyes end up falling on the exit, but then back to her. <Thank you for sharing this information with me. I feel like I know what I'm looking at now…so it seems that ths Gustave and Frederic were quite the geniuses.> he keeps his hand in her own then as they exit the bus.

…and they talk the day away, keeping by each other, hand in hand, as they do a very detailed check out of the Statue of Liberty.
