It's an ordinary cloudy day in New York City and he air is clear of traffic. this far into the town airplanes are banned, helicopters are rare, and birds are content to stay out of the way of passing larger objects. Jessica passed the occasional drone while she was on her way but, by and large, since she leapt from that skyscraper she's been largely unmolested. It's late enough the night sky is lit by refracted street lights when the wind sets in.

The breeze is relatively gentle at first, sending Jessica's dark hair into disarray. She let it blow her tresses into her face, enjoy the crisp chill of the air as it fowed across her form. Jessica had her arms spread. She was not, despite the claims of observers, flying, but she could glide for a long time without losing altitude if she paid attention to the updrafts. But then the breeze began to pick up.

The wind lashes at Jessica's face, leaving her skin red. It's hard to breathe, especially this high up. Fifty miles per hour near the ground is much more nearer the hight of a skyscrqper, and Spider-Woman finds hers chaotically weaving through the air as she loses all control. Suddenly the wind is in control of where she glides.

A statuesque dark-haired woman in a skintight red bodysuit with a white arachnid on her front comes careening from the sky toward the center of the rapidly brewing storm. "Wh the HELL is going ooon….?!"

*

In the heart of the windstorm, cloaked in the now darkened sky, A young adult with Auburn hair is in tears. The wind doesn't seem to phase her. Her body seems to fade in and out, Not that she notices. Right now, she is simply freaking out. Nothing is making sense and getting control of herself is simply not happening at this point.

Just a few hours ago, she was a normal girl with a single goal. To become an actress and work in the Theater! Then… Someone tried to kill her. In a short time she went from being a normal, happy, mundane girl who wanted to act, to being something much more then she ever thought possible. Even now, through her tears she's praying. "Goddess please help me! I can't do this. I don't know how to do this. Thank you for the blessing but I'm going to hurt people!" She cries. As her heart pounds and her emotions rise so do the winds.

When the girl hears the voice crying out. "Ummm…. I don't know?! I'm sorry. I can't stop it!" She shouts back. Her arms cross but, its like she knows where her arms are supposed to go to cross but they aren't going where they should. Her hands are quite literally passing into her arms. In fact, much of her body looks like almost cloudy.

*

Paige probably doesn't even realize where Jessica is coming from. Most people don't look up when they hear a person shouting to them over a windstorm. "It'll be okay- ah. Whoa. Watch out!"

Jessica comes tumbling out of the sky, arms still spread, and ends up leveling of just enough to fly directly at Paige at high speed as she's knocked form the sky by the force of the storm. She hits the auburn-haired aerokinetic and simply cntinues on while hardly slowly down, flailing as she goes.

"A-ah…!" Jessica hits the ground hard and bounces a few times, tumbling awkwardly across it just a couple meters from Paige. "I-I'm… okay," comes a shaky but surprisingly clear voice. Jessi stays on the ground for the moment.

*

"AHH!" As Jessica drops through Paige, her body disapates as though she were a cloud. Her body quickly pulls back together and solidifies. "Whatwasthat!!! How did that happen I'm not a ghost I'm not dead. I'm alive! I really am! How did that happen." As she panicks the wind continues kicking up. And then she seems to vanish from sight. She's still there but… she's definitely invisible.

It takes the very flustered girl a few moments to start calming down. Her body does reappear but she's still a mess. "I'm sorry. Are you okay? If you're hurt I can… Oh. You're one of those hero types. You're not hurt are you? I could take you to the hospital I think. Or at least find a cab or an uber or something." She frowns and trembles a little bit.

*

"Well. I've had worse landings on my own," Jessica replies helpfully. She climbs to her feet and takes a deep breath, turning toward Paige as she does. "So, um. I take it the whole windstorm thing iws new?" TThe black haired hero reaches up and runs her fingers through her hair, pulling it back form her face. She purses her full, red lips and advances slowly. "I'm just fine. Are you okay? You look like you're having a, um, really rough time. Like. Windstorm blowing passersby out of the sky kind of rough." Jessica somewhat awkwardly offers her arms. Hugs are a way heroes comfort normal people, right? Maybe?

*

Paige Wallace closes her eyes. "Okay he said to center myself. To calm down and get control over everything." She does her very best to calm herself down. She begins speaking, "Oh, Wonder! How many goodly creatures are there here! How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world, that has such people in't!" As she speaks the words from the shakespearean play, she does begin calming down and with her, the wind slows to little more then a breeze. Her body solidifies and she is actually all there… not invisible at all.

"I'm sorry. This is very new. Someone tried to kill me, A goddess pulled me completely out of the situation and the next thing I knew I was given these crazy abilities. "

*

"…Well, I can empathize with part of that anyway," Jessica replies slowly. She arches a brow as Paige speaks but then the woman nods, taking a step closer. "Looks like you're back, at least. That's a good start. Take a deep breath." Jess still has her arms extended and she moves to attempt giving Paige a gentle hug. Nothing invasive, unless one counts touching. It's a pretty awkward movement, really.

"Who tried to kill you?" Jess asks then. "Do you know why…?" She is trying to fill the conversation with 'useful' details. "You're safe now."

*

Paige Wallace frowns, and hugs back. She's alright with that sort of thing. "I don't know who he was. The guy… He stole some sort of amulet. Some people were after him. They nearly knocked me over! Then he got out of hiding. I seen him and he decided to test that weird amulet on me! I don't know why. I mean I didn't do anything to him. I didn't see enough to know there was a problem. He had red eyes…"

*

"Okay. Okay, okay, okay. Where were you…?" Jessica asks more seirously. She easily lifts Paige from the ground now that the young woman is in her arms, the better to hug her propelry. Jessica is incredibly strong, enough for it to be felt in the embrace even though she does nothing but squeeze gently before rleasing her. "Do you know what amulet was going to do? Just - tell me whatever you can. And we should maybe get you off the street before someone else takes a swing at you."

*

Paige frowns again. "I was in Brooklyn. I… I didn't know. I did see what happened though. The goddess replaced my body with a corpse. The corpse got turned to stone. She told me that… the guy. The one that tried to kill me was now my responsibility. Because of his attack on me among others. That his life is mine. I… I don't want to kill anyone let alone anything else. I just want to live you know?"

When Jessica give her a more firm hug, she lets out a yipe! There is something wrong with her back it seems. "I… sorry! That really hurt! I feel really funny. My back! It hurt bad. It was like I was being crushed!" A glance would show there is something going on under her top like there is something bulging out. Almost like she's got a small backpack under her top trying to push through her top.

*

"Your responsibility?" Jessica echoes back, quirking a brow asshe does. When Paige yelps she immediately sets the girl back down and quickly looks Paige over from head to toe. "Okay, we need to get you inside quickly. And then this is going to sound completely wrong so I am just fgoing to say it. You need to take off your top for me, sweetheart."

Jessica takes a half step back and raises both hands as if to forestall objections. "Something's wrong and I need to take a look at what it is. Your back doesn't lookright and who knows what else is going on, right? I'm not going to hurt you or anything." Jessica shakes her head and then mutters, "I totally sound like some kind of creepy stalker or something now. Walk up to ap retty girl and go, 'hur hur hur, breast inspector!' or somehting" she groans. "Anyway. I'm going to try to help you figure this out. Okay?"

*

Paige Wallace blushes beat red. Quickly she looks around trying to see her back. Not much luck there. "Ummm Where should I go. Its not like I can fly or anything. Umm…. My dorm room! If we can get to the school. Midtown. I have a dorm room to myself. American Academy of Dramatic Arts. I don't really have much in the way of money. College kid and all. " She frowns.

Quietly the girl looks around. "Its… Its okay. I don't know what all is going on. Its sorta scaring me!"

*

Jessica nods once slowly. "Right. No flying around or anything. Who knows how well that would turn out." She shakes her head once slowly and then turns to survey their surroundings again. "I can get you to Midtown no problem. Can you walk a long way or does it hurt? I'll… Carry you, if you want." Paige did get an example of how strong Jessica is, after all.

"I don't know what's going on either but we'll figure it out, okay?" The heroine does her best to speak with more confidence than she actually feels.

*

Paige Wallace nods, "I can walk. It hurts but… I can handle it. Its like having a brush burn on my back. Its this way!" She begins walking towards midtown. She's moving at a fairly decent pace. She happens to be a bit light on her feet which only makes sense. "I'm sorry. I know this is all messed up. I didn't mean to cause you to crash or anything."

*

After worming which dorm Paige is in Jessica gently guidesh er onto campus. She glances left then right and takes a deep breath. "Deja vu, almost," the woman murmurs as they navigate the campus in the direciton of the odrm building. Jessica has no trouble keeping up with Paige's rapid pace while they walk, moving with a casual ease which suggests she is far more capable physicaly than might initially appear.

As they get closer Jessica offers Paige an arm so that the girl can lean, and if it gets worse Jessm ight even scoop her up off the ground. She's frowning, but not at her auburn-haired companion. In any cae it won't be long until they reach the appropriate room. "Okay, let's get inside and- take a look at this," Jessica states clearly as they are coming close. Then she stops short. "Under the circumstances I guess I should prbalby… introduce myself. Ah… Arachne?" She flashes a cheesy smile, obviously one practiced for photos.

*

The young woman smiles as she looks at Jessica. "Yeah. I'm going to get questions about if I've got a girlfriend after this. Not that I really care. There are worse things in life." She laughs. "By the way. I'm Paige. I don't have any flashy names or anything though I probably should figure one out after all of this.

Quietly she unlocks her dorm room and quickly makes her way in. The place is nice. There are playbills and posters on the wall from different musicals and movies. "Sorry I sorta wanna be an actress." She beams. She quickly takes a deep breath. "here we go." Quietly she unfastens her corset and then pulls her top off. Immediately the question of what is going on with her back is answered. A pair of beautiful cyan and violet butterfly style wings unfold. They are large and could potentially lift the girl up off the ground if she could use them. She stretches and suddenly, she can feel air around these new apendages. She gets chills from it all. "Ummm So how bad is it. "She isn't looking in a mirror or anything.

*

"I mean, if they want to think you'd settle for dating me let them," Jessica mutters, nodding as Paige starts to laugh. Their personalities clearly contrast, even if the superhero is trying to be upbeat and positive throughout all of this. Still, Jessica is softening. Once they are inside Jessica watches as Paige removes her clothing, head tilted slightly to the left while she studies the girl in front of her. She blinks a few times.

"You can't feel that?" Jess asks slowly. "Wow. It's pretty incredible, actually. You're gorgeous." She pauses for a second and steps forward, reaching to gingerly touch the left wing. "Don't look now but you grew wings. Whatever your goddess did to you is legit."

*

Paige gasps as her wing is touched. "Okay. What?!" She looks behind her and sees a rather impressive wingspan! She stretches them out and tries to move around. "Okay. This is different. I could feel something but it was really painful. Like my top was putting a lot of pressure on something. Guess I know now. Okay this is really weird. I can feel them. I feel like I can move them too but its sorta like muscles I think."

Quietly she looks in a mirror and spins around. She is wearing a bra of course. Thankfully her wings connect just above where her bra connects. She takes a deep breath. "How am I going to hide these things? I mean… I can't go on stage with a four foot wingspan can I?" She blushes brightly. "Oh umm. by the way, They will tease but they won't be mean about me bringing another girl into my room! The school is really rather liberal to be honest." She thinks about things. "I think maybe I need to do some research though. I know who the goddess is. Anu. I sorta pray to her. She's the Celtic goddess of the wind, nature, fertility and so on. She blessed me with wings… the ability to manipulate the wind… Wait… did she turn me into an elemental?"

*

Noting the gasp from Paige Jessica rches a brow. "How did that feel?" She asks. Fingers stroke Paige's wing again and Jessica takes a step a hair closer. "Did it hurt or…?" She trails off as Paige moves away to spin in a circle and get a proper look at herself. Jess watches quietly and ultimatel yshrugs at the questions.

"You probably can go on stage with wings," Jessica observes. "People will believe they're fake if you say so or even just kind of act like it and you're hardly the weirdest thing to mutate around here latel. Have you seen No-Girl? No? No one has." Then it coems to the question of Paige being an elemental.

"I don't know. You could be an elemental? Are elementals usually college girls with no clue what's going on who are ,like, super hot? Because I feel like thye're supposed to serve the Goddess their whole lives or something."

Jessi looks around the room for a moment then takes a quick breath. "Why are they going to tease you about it?: Ugh, kids. I should give them a reason to tease you," Jess mutters darkly, but there's not a lot of venom in it. "To be honest I have no idea who Anu is but- yeah. research is probably a good idea at this point. Just in general."

*

"I probably could. If i can hide them it won't be a problem. Anyway. I could always just say, that since I had to take a 10 mile walk alone some jerk took hold of me and decided to experiment on me or something. That could work right?" She shrugs.

Then she laughs. "Well… Elementals are… well I never thought that they actually existed. Then again I didn't think that gods or fae existed either. But I'd think they were born that way. Not magically turned into one by a goddess. Also thank you!" She giggles happily at being called Super Hot.

As far as them teasing. Its a pretty normal thing. Not because they are being mean but… the idea that I had another girl in my dorm? I'll get teased that I was in here having naughty time and stuff." She laughs in a very playful manner. "Anyway. If I'm an elemental… I should be able to manipulate the element right? Air in this case I guess. Which I was causing the problems right? Well lets see." She closes her eyes and starts focusing. Wind whips up in the room. "Holy cow. I can control it."

*

"That's good. Random tornados probably aren't a part of the typical college experience, right?" Jessica looks around the room for a second and then takes a deep breath. "Well. So far so good, right? Guessy ou can probably fly after all…" She fidgets slightly, looking somewhat out of place. Then she nods once, twisting slightly. "So, not an elemental. Just an air… Controlling.. .Girl. Aerokinetic or whatever. Okay. Cool. …Are you okay now?"

*

Paige Wallace hmms, "Yeah… Ummm. Typically not on the college course registar." She ponders a few moment. "Well. I am okay now. I think. An Elemental embodies their element. She quickly moves to a computer and begins typing. "Okay. So umm an Elemental would be able to control their element, manipulate it, And take on the traits of their elements." She thinks. "So wait. Wings, for flying on the air. You fell through me. For that to happen… I had to basically turn into air. Also… ummm. I bet…" She takes a deep breath. Her body vanishes.

*

"Lucky you can also phase your clothes out. Otherwise they'd just fall off every time htat happened," Jessica observes, nodding as she watches Paige disappear from view in front of her. "Now that's a pretty handy trick," she notes. The dark-haired superhero strides across the room and moves to take a seat on Paige's bed. "What are you planning to do now that you have powers and stuff?" A beat. "hell, what are you planning to do tonight? This has to be driving you crazy. I think it suits you, though…"

*

The newly powered girl looks at the more veteran heroine. "It feels kinda weird. Plus… I can't tell if I'm closing my eyes or not. " Her body reforms. "So I am an Elemental. I'm a Sylph I guess." She laughs. "Maybe… Maybe I can turn this into something good. If you woke up one day and had powers like this, what would you do? Well… I guess that is kind of a stupid question…. Oh my gods… I'm an Airhead." She facepalms. "No pun intended. "I think I'm going to need help. I don't know the first thing about actually using my abilities let alone controlling them."

*

"Okay. I'll help you a little. I kind of got my powers when I wa a kid because of some kind of crazy gene editing experiment, but- anyway." Jessica makes a dismissive gesture wit hher left hand and then shrugs, shifting her gaze to meet Paige's eyes. She studies the girl, who is actually taller than she is by a couple of interest, and then finally gives a shrug.

"Okay, grab your shirt. Or dont, I don't mind the view although other people might stare. We're going to go get something for dinner. I'm starving and you have to be hungry too." Jessica pauses then adds wrily, "First rule is not to stress so much you forget basic stuff, you know?'

*

Paige Wallace nods slowly, "Okay. I think… Maybe a different top would be better?" She quickly grabs an open backed top. "Alright this may be a little awkward." She takes the top and begins putting it on. Reaching back, she begins moving her wings to slip through the open back. The more interesting thing… When she tries to move her wings, air is actually pushing them for her. She barely touches them. "Okay this isn't so bad. That feels a little better I think." She poses in front of a mirror. "Okay. Not crazy Superheroine cool but I think I look pretty cool!"

With a smile, She looks at Arachne, "Okay I guess I need a little money. I call tonight a little bit of an emergency so…" She grabs one of her parents credit cards. "I'll tell them that I missed dinner, the cafe was closed and the dorm was being fumigated. I needed fresh air!"

*

"You look - great actually." Jessica states that pretty soberly and then she shrugs as she turns away. "Awesome? Parent's credit card? Whatever works. Okay! Dinner. I have no clue what's around here actually so you'll have to pick someplace. With burgers. Or pizza or something." Jessica nods and then fixes herr gaze firmly on the door leading out the apartment. "Make sure you've grabbed everything and let's GO."

Jessica gives Paige a moment to collect herself and then she's off. One might almost think she's in a hurry to find the aforementioned meal. That couldn't possibly be it, though. Right?

*

Paige Wallace laughs and smiles, "Thank you!" She lets her wings rest behind her which causes them to hang casually She even grabs a light jacket which she doesn't immediately put on. Quietly she opens the door. She's in a rush and… Well the door blows open. She winces and closes it behind her. Then its after Jessica.

"Okay do you like Sushi?" Paige asks with a grin. "There is a really good place about 2 blocks from here. When I have money I go there and… Well I sorta indulge a bit. Its just so yummy and its really fresh! If you don't like that, There is a greasy Spoon Burger place and its actually delicious!"

*

"Su-shi…" Jessica replies slowly. "…Sure." She sounds uncertain but the nod that follows is pretty emphatic. "Let's hit that up," she agrees in a more decisive tone, starting to walk. "Lead the way, angel. Elemental. Whatever you are."

*

Jessica takes a second to adjust the suit she's wearing and takes a deep breath. She pauses for a second, considering the world in front of her. "You know, I should - probably change too," she murmurs after a moment. "Like, just in case." She frowning now. "One second." And off Jess goes.

It only takes a moment for the woman to return in a blouse and jeans with a red windbreaker over the top and a large pair of sunglasses being worn despite it being late at night.

*

Paige blushes bright, "I'm pretty sure angels don't get butterfly wings!" She laughs! "Okay Guessing you haven't had sushi before. Well I'll warn you now, First off, there is raw fish involved." She giggles a little. "It is really good though."

Then, there goes Jess to go change. When she comes back, Paige can't help but laugh about the sun glasses. "Wow. I guess that would help keep your identity concealed though, I dunno about sunglasses at night." She snickers. "I guess I'm going to need to do something to hide my own identity, aren't I? I wonder if I can make my wings disappear?"

*

Jess comes back singing, "I wear my sunglasses at night so I can, so I can…" She's actually a pretty nimble daner, as it happens. When jess gets close she gives a shrug of her shoulders. "You probably can make them disappear if you practice, but you can claim it's a costume the rest of the time.

"Anyway, I've only met one angel so far and she has butterfly wings apparently. I'll keep you posted on the results. Might take awhile, pretty sure I'm going to Hell. Better parties." Jessi looks Paige over again as she comes close. It's sort of possible to tell past the glasses.

*

Paige snickers, "In the mean time I'm working on a cosplay and these wings are a work in progress. That'll get people off my back for now. Guess I'll need a name too. " She shrugs, "Maybe I should just go by Sylph. That would be short, easy to remember and its what I am I guess right?"

The walk to the Sushi restaurant doesn't take too terribly long. As Paige leads the way into the restaurant, she gives the people present a polite bow. "For two please?" She asks kindly as they lead Jessica and Paige to a nice table away from the windows. "Umm can we start with a Salmon Roll, A Spicy Tuna Roll, A California Roll and a Philadelphia Roll please? Oh I would like a Soder Zero please What would you like?" She asks Jessi. She doesn't address her by name because calling her Arachne while she's in civies is a bit awkward.

*

"I- um…" Jessica's eyes crossed at some point after the polite bow. She looks up at the waiter with her mouth open for a second like she might be about to speak if she can get over the mental blue screen now in progress. "Iiii, um. Want what she is having," jessica offers, itlting her head toward Paige as she does. She shfits her weight back in her seat and then green eyes snap back to the young woman across from her. "Sounds like that will work," Jessica agree.s 'You've got this. Stay relaxed. After dinner should find a way to blow some steam. Take a day off from school if you have to. This is you now. Might as well get used to it."

*

"Don't worry, The full rolls are for 2 people and I ordered four of em!" Suddenly there is a Sushi chef right by their table. Their drinks are served and the chef begins. "You gotta watch this. Its really cool!" The chef begins making the sushi right in front of them. setting out the cooled rice, the fresh veggies and the very fresh fish. Its really interesting to see.

As the rolls are set out in front of the two of them, they are set to eat. "I think you may be right about a day off. Last thing I want is to wind up blowing the campus away. A big tornado in the middle of class would be a horrible thing." She takes a sip of her soda and smiles. "Okay its like this." She takes one of two of the little dishes of soy sauce and then a pair of chopsticks. "You pick up the sushi with the chopsticks. You dip it in the sauce and then eat the whole thing." She demonstrates. the rolls have been cut down of course. "Then, you take a piece of this ginger and eat it. It cleans your palatte so you can enjoy the flavors!"

*

"Okay… Right. I can do this." Jessica takes a sip of her soda and makes a face. She quickly shakes it off, however. A deep breath is taken, then held. She pauses. "Right. "Pick up these sticks like this…" She's already fumblign but Jessica manages to approximately copy how Paige holds her food after a small amount of effort.

A couple minutes later Jessica has lost her sushi twice times, including one piece directly into the dish of soy sauce. She is glowering at the chopsticks so intensely they might spontaneously combust.

*

Paige laughs and her wings spring up and out without her realizing it. "Its okay. Watch here. Put the first one in the craddle of your thumb and forefinger. Then the other one you hold like you would a pencil. If its too hard, you can use your fingers too. Just don't use a fork. They sorta don't think too highly of using those."

She takes another piece of sushi and shows how its done again. Its very clear she's used to showing off.It does make sense given that she's a bit of an actress. The big problem right now is her wings are drawing attention. A few people walk up to look closely at them and a few even try to touch. "Umm Please don't touch! These are umm… well they are a project for an up coming convention! They have microchips and stuff in them so they will move when I want them to!" She tells the people. They smile and walk away. Paige just blushes deeply.

*

"Don't look now but there's a guy in the corner who is totally crushing on you." Jessica glances toward the young blonde college student in the corner wearing the football jersey and then back to Piage. "and your wings are beautiful . You don't need to get so upset when people see htem. Seriously. Besides, the blushing isn't going to make fewer people look at youu anyway. So… Okay. Hold the sticks like this…" Jessica isn't a slow leanrer and the second time she manages to rescue her sushi and finally eats a few of the morsels. "Okay, so this soy sauce stuff is really salty. Jesus Christ." A grimace follows but Jessica is quick to return to eating. "What does it feel like when people touch your wings anyway?"

*

Paige Wallace glances over at the guy. "Oh. He's not actually a football player. He's playing in the the freshman classes production of Rudy in a few weeks. They must be testing out costumes." She shrugs. Doesn't change the fact that he is checking her out. "He's not really my type really." She smiles bright, "Oh yeah! You've got it and yes it is. Thats why you only dip it in for a moment or so. Too much it gets overpowering. A little will accent it though. Love this stuff." She grins and goes for another piece. "Oh! Well, They aren't painful. It feels really nice. Its like when someone takes a finger across your skin really gently. Thats how it feels when they are touched. I know what happens when you touch a butterfly's wings though. The dust on them comes off and the oils on your skin gets on them and messes with their ability to fly. Still it feels really nice when they are touched! Almost like a tickle!"

I'm not getting upset when people see them. I just am trying to draw attention away from them. Though I don't think I can stop myself from blushing. I just sorta do that. And then people laugh and keep going and I wind up blushing more! Wish I could cry as easy as I blush."

*

"That would probably pay well for an actress," Jessica observes. She gives a biref nod and then looks back to the sushi. "here goes." This time Jessica manages every step perfectly. You'd think she'd been using chopsticks for years. At the end her expression is one of quiet bliss, eyes turned upward and half-lidded as she savors her food. Jessica gestures toward herself with the chopsticks as she finishes.

"Holy shit, people who cook fish are suckers." Jess stares at the plate for a moment, then smiles in a way that would draw attention to her face, lighting up the woman's featuresand helping to outline that it's a small tragedy her eyes can't be seen. She shifts a hair closer. And discretely reaches out with her free hand to stroke one of Paige's wings, under the table. Light rubs, testing her reaction as casually as can be.

*

Paige giggles again seeming to do that a lot. "Oh its amazing. I love good sushi. I really like the Philadelphia roll. The cream cheese in it adds a really wonderful accent. Oh and the seaweed is heavenly on it." She smirks. "Oh umm for when I need to cry I usually do the onion trick. The upside, It makes me cry. The downside, the other actors have to smell my oniony hands all day. " She shrugs "Ah well."

Then she can feel something a bit awkward. Her face goes red and a chill goes through her. "Oh my." She quickly looks around half expecting a little kid trying to grab at her wings or something. That would not be so good. "Okay it feels kinda nice. The wind on em feels nice too!"

*

Jessica nods and then glances back at her food."Reaction noted," she affirms. "Okay. Let's finish up dinner and then we can come up with a plan. You're right ,though. Might want to cover your wings for your own good."
